How was MUR created:
From the moment the idea for MUR bedding was born, it took three years of searching to bring it to life. We looked for a factory that could create fabrics that felt dense but soft, strong but gentle—the best quality, made with care for people and the planet.
Designing our collection was just as much of a journey. It needed to feel classic but unique, elegant but simple, and true to the values at the heart of our brand.
How do we translate our values to the product we make:
MUR bedding is a Netherlands-based brand, launched in 2025.
Our production takes place in Turkey, where we work with local Turkish cotton, that is known for its softness and durability. Weaving is done on modern machines that use thinner threads with a higher thread count, resulting in fabrics that feel soft to the touch yet firm and long-lasting.
Every piece is sewn by hand by people who have passion about work they do. The little imperfections they leave behind are what make each product special—a small reminder of the human touch behind everything we create.
