We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return your MUR product. Your feedback is important to us, and we’d love to hear your thoughts at info@mur-bedding.nl so we can continue improving our products and service for the future.
RETURNS POLICY
You have a right to return your order within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery.
In case of return we will make a full refund of the product price and initial delivery costs. Though we will charge you for the return delivery of the returned product. The refund will be done within 14 days of receiving and accepting the return.
Please, note, that we cannot accept the return of the following types of products:
- Products that were in use
- Products that are damaged unless it was damaged before the moment of delivery
Due to hygiene reasons products can be returned only if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure the product is eligible for return:
The product must be unused and undamaged (unless it was damaged upon delivery).
2. Repack the product carefully:
Use the original packaging to re-pack the product securely.
3. Notify us of your return request:
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
4. Print and apply the return label:
Once your request is approved, we will email you a return label.
Print the label and attach it securely to the package.
5. Drop off the package at a DPD parcel point:
Locate your nearest DPD parcel point using the following link: DPD Parcel Points.
Bring your package to the selected parcel point for shipment.
