DELIVERY TIMINGS & GEOGRAPHY
We ship to most of EU countries. Our shipping partner is DPD.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 1-2 business days
- Germany, Austria, France: 2-3 business days
- Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary: 3-4 business days

Currently we do not deliver to non-EU countries, but if you would like to order from outside EU, please, let us know via the Contact MUR page. We value feedback to expand our delivery options.

Shipping rates depend on the country where you order.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: EUR 5
- Austria, France: EUR 8
- Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary: EUR 10

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email and order tracking email.
In order tracking email you will get an order tracking link. Please, allow up to 12 hours for the link to start working.

MUR assumes full responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to products until delivery is completed.
